Joanna Norko, MPA

Joanna is a Manager of Operations and Marketing at Edgility Talent Partners, where she leads both departments at the intersection of strategy, systems, and storytelling. In her role, Joanna oversees operational infrastructure and client service delivery while also driving the firm’s marketing and communications efforts—bringing cohesion to how Edgility works and how it shows up in the world.

Since joining Edgility, Joanna has worn many hats, including Special Projects Associate, Manager of Client Services Operations, and Manager of Marketing. Across these roles, she has built and refined internal systems, and elevated the organization’s brand voice and content strategy. Her dual focus allows her to approach challenges holistically—balancing creativity with structure to develop scalable solutions.

As a neurodivergent professional, Joanna brings a distinct and valuable lens to her work. She thrives on solving complex operational puzzles while also embracing the creative possibilities of marketing, enabling her to approach problems with curiosity, adaptability, and fresh thinking.

Joanna is deeply motivated by Edgility’s mission and is proud to contribute to a social enterprise focused on advancing equity, including her personal passion for gender and sexual identity equality.

Prior to pursuing her Master of Public Administration, Joanna worked in administrative roles where she developed expertise in systems improvement, project management, and operational streamlining. She also interned and volunteered with a nonprofit organization in Nepal focused on ending human trafficking through accessible education and women’s empowerment.

Joanna holds an MPA from Seton Hall University and a BS in Business Management from Endicott College. She lives in Connecticut with her spouse, son, and pup. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, baking, knitting, crafting, dancing, and exploring new places.
