Lauren Adams, MEd

Lauren Adams, MEd, is an Associate Partner at Edgility Talent Partners with more than two decades of experience in education, talent strategy, recruitment and retention, leadership coaching, and mission-driven people systems. She brings a practical, human-centered approach to helping schools and mission-driven organizations strengthen their talent practices, compensation systems, and leadership capacity.

At Edgility, Lauren partners with leaders to build equitable, values-aligned people and compensation systems that support strong teams, healthy cultures, and lasting impact. Drawing on her experience as both a talent leader and practitioner, she helps clients identify root challenges, build trust across stakeholders, and move from complexity to clear, actionable next steps.

Lauren’s contributions include:

• Bringing a relationship-driven, practitioner’s lens to complex organizational challenges, helping leaders translate insight into practical action.

Before joining Edgility, Lauren served as Managing Director of Recruitment and Retention at KIPP Massachusetts, where she led talent strategy across a public charter school network and supported leaders with hiring, retention, compensation guidance, manager development, and people-centered systems. She also founded Found Root Collective, LLC, where she supported mission-driven organizations with talent strategy, culture, coaching, and organizational clarity.

Lauren holds a Master of Education degree and is known for combining warmth, strategic thinking, and practical follow-through to help leaders and teams feel supported, clear, and ready for the work ahead.
