Jennifer Sheridan

Jennifer Sheridan is a Senior Consultant at Edgility Talent Partners, where she brings experience across the nonprofit, employee benefits, and health insurance sectors.

Jennifer helps organizations navigate complex challenges, address organizational dynamics, and translate mission into measurable impact. With a strong foundation in project management, strategy development, and research, she brings clarity to ambiguity and structure to complexity, supporting boards, executives, and stakeholders as they lead through periods of change.

At Edgility, Jennifer supports client engagements as well as firm operations and development. Previously, she served as a strategy consultant at a boutique management consulting practice focused on health insurance and employee benefits, where she advised organizations on growth and channel development while working closely with executives and cross-functional stakeholders. She also worked at TDC, a Boston-based nonprofit consultancy, partnering with clients across the education, arts and culture, and religious sectors.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and Law and Education Studies from Trinity College.
