As a mother of three, Dana has seen firsthand the importance of equity and inclusion, which fuels her passion for supporting workplaces that are fair and inclusive. At Edgility, she plays a key role in keeping operations running efficiently, ensuring that the team can focus on driving meaningful social impact. Known for her time management and organizational skills, Dana excels at keeping multiple projects on track and streamlining processes.Prior to joining Edgility, Dana spent 10 years in healthcare, where she gained extensive experience managing fast-paced environments and further honed her skills in multitasking, organization, and attention to detail. She actively supports her children’s elementary school, volunteering to help programs grow and thrive, and staying involved in the school community.Dana lives in Southern NH with her husband and three children. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family—hiking local trails, discovering seasonal activities, and making the most of all that New England has to offer.
