Before joining Edgility, Kira spent five years as a Senior Search Coordinator at the executive search firm Isaacson, Miller, where they supported dozens of executive searches in higher education and the nonprofit sectors, partnering with search committees and senior leaders throughout high-stakes leadership transitions.

Kira holds a bachelor's degree in American Studies, with a minor in Economics, from Wellesley College.

Outside of work, Kira is an active member of their local arts community and serves on the board of the Brookline Arts Center, a community arts organization offering all-ages classes, workshops, and free exhibitions.
