    Our Goal Setting service helps nonprofits, schools, and social impact organizations move from one-time, “set-and-forget” goals to a living goal practice that actually guides day-to-day work. We partner with executives, HR leaders, and managers to design a simple, sustainable goal-setting approach that fits mission-driven realities: shifting funding, evolving priorities, and lean teams.
