Ila Shah

Ila has built a 20+ year career in the social impact space, with a focus on HR, Operations, and Talent Engagement Strategies for growing and scaling organizations. In past roles, Ila led searches and facilitated Boards and Executive teams to support the hiring of key executive positions for a diverse spectrum of non-profit organizations across the US. During her time as Managing Director of the College for Social Innovation (CFSI), Ila led key hiring processes and the development of talent development strategies and operational systems that drove growth for the organization. 

As Partner at Edgility, Ila plays a pivotal role in coaching, mentoring, and supporting Edgility Talent Partners in their delivery of high-impact and quality services to their clients.  Ila was the founding principal of Edgility’s Talent Equity Consulting practice and specializes in creating equitable compensation and talent management programs for her clients.

Ila’s work is driven by her passion for creating equal access and opportunity efforts within the social impact sector which has guided her on her journey towards helping to create equitable workplaces for staff serving underrepresented demographics.
