Kristina Woods

Kristina Woods is a people-centered HR leader who sits at the intersection of human development and business strategy, helping organizations build workplaces where both people and performance can thrive.​

Kristina’s interest in human resources emerged as she explored degrees in school counseling and social work, drawn to understanding people, their motivations, and their growth potential while also being deeply interested in business and organizational strategy. Human Resources became the perfect convergence of these passions, giving her a path to support individual growth, shape healthy people systems, and contribute directly to organizational success.​

Over the course of her career, Kristina has held HR roles at renowned organizations including Lactalis, WestBridge, and Anheuser-Busch, where she strengthened core people practices and supported leaders through periods of change. In these environments, she has navigated complex talent challenges, from workforce planning to culture-building, always with an eye toward fairness, clarity, and long-term sustainability.​

Most recently, Kristina served as a Senior Consultant at an HR consulting firm, advising multiple start-up organizations as they built their foundational people systems. In this work, she partnered closely with founders and executive teams to align HR strategy with business goals, designing processes and practices that could scale as their organizations grew.​
