Sam Simmons

Sam Simmons is the Chief of Staff to the Founder & CEO at Edgility Talent Partners. She works alongside the firm’s leadership and broader team to shape strategy and operationalize internal growth, with the goal of continuously serving Edgility’s clients at a high bar nationally. A cross-sector people and operations leader, Sam brings a strong track record of building and scaling teams in high-growth, brand-conscious organizations.

Sam has held senior in-house People and Operations roles at organizations including HubSpot, Wayfair, and Spurs Sports & Entertainment. Across roles and sectors, she has focused on closing the gap between strategy and execution, serving as a trusted strategic partner to executive teams and helping leaders navigate growth, change, and culture at scale. She is known for bringing clarity to ambiguity and developing practical solutions that create measurable organizational impact.

Sam’s experience includes:

• Cross-sector, multi-stage leadership across technology, e-commerce, and sports/entertainment, along with advisory work that adds breadth and pattern recognition.
• Strategic People & Operations leadership, with experience designing and implementing infrastructure that reduces friction between big-picture goals and day-to-day execution.
• Scalable strategic partnership, including driving change management, supporting executive decision-making, and expanding her impact across teams and levels.

Sam serves on the boards of Visible Hands and Pro Sports Assembly. A Florida native, she lives in Central Florida with her husband, Brett.
