Will brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational growth—strengthening our work with nonprofits, schools, and social impact organizations working to build equitable, sustainable workplaces.

Will joins Edgility with experience spanning education, nonprofit advocacy, and high-growth business. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations navigate the human side of growth and change: building strong teams, developing leaders, responding to employee relations challenges, and creating people practices that support both organizational goals and employee experience.

His approach reflects core Edgility beliefs: effective talent systems are more than risk management or operational necessity, and organizations that invest in people-first systems and practices are the ones that succeed financially and sustainably.

Bringing firsthand experience from both mission-driven and high-growth environments to help leaders balance immediate needs with long-term organizational health.

Before joining Edgility, Will served as Vice President of Talent Optimization at The Predictive Index. He joined the organization in 2017 as its first recruiter and helped scale the company from approximately 60 to 250 employees. During his tenure, Will played a key role in building an award-winning workplace culture recognized by The Boston Globe.

Earlier in his career, Will worked in Boston-area schools before moving into human resources at Stand for Children, an education advocacy nonprofit focused on improving student outcomes. His cross-sector perspective gives him a deep appreciation for the distinct pressures organizations face—and the people-centered strategies that can help them meet those challenges with clarity and care.
