We are thrilled to share some big news with our community: Edgility Talent Partners has earned the Gold Leading Certification from Living Wage for Us for our commitment to paying all of our team members a true living wage—and to keeping pace as the cost of living rises over time. This distinction reflects years of intentional work to ensure our own people systems are as equity-centered as the ones we help our clients build.
Reaching the Gold Leading level means that we have not only met the baseline standards—publicly committing to a living wage for all U.S. workers, achieving an entry wage that shows a meaningful commitment to our team, and closing any remaining living wage gaps year over year—but have also gone further by extending and sustaining those commitments over time.
Why This Recognition Matters
At its core, a living wage is about dignity, stability, and the ability to meet basic needs—housing, food, healthcare, childcare, transportation—without relying on public assistance. Where minimum wage sets a legal floor, living wage standards ask a deeper question: What does it actually cost for a worker and their family to live with security in this place?
Living Wage for Us uses tools like the MIT Living Wage Calculator and other cost-of-living data to help employers determine wage levels that are rooted in reality, not assumptions. Their certification recognizes employers that have either achieved or publicly committed to achieving those wage levels for all workers in the United States. We are honored to be counted among organizations that are choosing to lead on this issue.
While we are proud to offer a living wage, our commitment to our staff extends far beyond that. At Edgility Talent Partners, we think holistically about the staff experience and provide a rewards package designed to support our employees' whole life, not just their work life. In addition to comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits (including a SIMPLE IRA with employer match), our team members receive a monthly home office stipend to power a fully remote setup, an annual wellness stipend to invest in self-care, and access to AIHR professional development resources to support continuous learning and growth. We're committed to rest and renewal, offering generous paid time off, an annual paid shutdown week, and a sabbatical program for long-tenured staff—because when people are cared for, they do their most impactful work.
Walking Our Talk—Alongside our clients
From the beginning, our work with our clients has centered on a simple belief: equity should live in every part of people systems, including compensation. In our work with mission driven organizations, we partner to design transparent pay structures, conduct equity reviews, and ensure staff at every level understand how their contributions are valued and how they can earn more money over time.
Earning this Living Wage for Us recognition is one way we are making sure our own house is in order as we support our clients with theirs. It signals that:
-
We hold ourselves to the same equity-centered standards we encourage our clients to adopt.
-
We are investing in a strong, stable team that can continue to deliver high-quality partnership and thought leadership.
-
We see fair wages not as a “nice-to-have,” but as a core part of what it means to be a mission-driven employer.
A Shared Moment of Momentum
This recognition lands in a broader global and national conversation about what workers need to thrive. Organizations from the UN Global Compact to local governments and investors are underscoring living wages as a cornerstone of decent work, sustainable performance, and long-term impact. As expectations rise—for transparency, fairness, and responsible employment practices—we want our clients to know: we are in this with them.
For past, current, and future clients, this is more than a badge. It is a concrete sign of how we are aligning our internal practices with the values that animate our collaboration with our partners.
