Jennifer joins Edgility with a proven record in project management, strategy development, and research across the nonprofit, employee benefits, and health insurance sectors. She specializes in helping organizations address organizational dynamics and translate mission into measurable impact, bringing clarity to ambiguity and structure to complexity for boards, executives, and stakeholders.

At Edgility, Jennifer supports client engagements as well as firm operations and development, helping us refine how we deliver high-quality, equity-centered consulting to nonprofits, schools, and social impact organizations.
Previously, she served as a strategy consultant at a boutique management consulting practice focused on health insurance and employee benefits, where she advised organizations on growth and channel development while collaborating closely with executives and cross-functional teams. Jennifer also worked at TDC, a Boston-based nonprofit consultancy, partnering with clients across the education, arts and culture, and religious sectors—experience that aligns deeply with Edgility Talent Partners’ client community.
