Lauren brings more than two decades of experience in education, talent strategy, recruitment and retention, leadership development, and designing people-centered systems that support employees throughout their careers. Her practical, human-centered approach will help our clients strengthen their talent practices, compensation systems, and leadership capacity.

With experience as both a talent leader and practitioner, Lauren understands the complexity of putting people-centered values into practice. She helps leaders identify root challenges, build trust across stakeholders, and turn complex organizational questions into clear, actionable next steps. Her approach combines warmth, strategic thinking, and practical follow-through, helping leaders and teams feel supported and ready for the work ahead.

Before joining Edgility, Lauren served as Managing Director of Recruitment and Retention at KIPP Massachusetts, where she led talent strategy across a public charter school network. Her work included strengthening recruitment and retention practices, developing leadership capacity, supporting equitable compensation and advancement opportunities, and building people-centered systems that foster employee growth, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Lauren also founded Found Root Collective, LLC, where she partnered with mission-driven organizations on talent strategy, culture, coaching, and organizational clarity. These experiences inform the relationship-driven, practitioner’s perspective she brings to helping clients translate insight into practical action.
