Jessica joins us with a proven record in compensation strategy, research methodology, and federal consulting. Her experience leading benchmarking studies and designing transparent pay structures is matched by her fluency in stakeholder engagement—making her insights immediately practical for leaders facing complex compensation challenges.

Practice grounding recommendations in stakeholder input—through focus groups, surveys, and interviews—ensuring tailored, actionable solutions for each client.
Jessica previously drove compensation studies at Federal Management Partners, including a multi-agency benchmarking project for the National Science Foundation, and has led health behavior research at the TSET Health Promotion Research Center. She earned her PhD in Cognitive Psychology with a Quantitative Psychology minor from the University of Oklahoma.
