Fairuz Nahreen is a Consultant at Edgility Talent Partners, inspired by a desire to create measurable, positive change through data analytics and equity-driven talent strategies. She combines technical expertise, creativity, and a deep commitment to justice to help nonprofit and education organizations solve complex challenges and support environments where people thrive.

• Compensation and Benefits Strategy: Providing strategic consulting in the compensation and benefits sector, leveraging internal and external market data. This expertise is used to design fair, competitive, and transparent compensation structures that enhance organizational talent strategy.​​

• Quantification of Social Impact: Designing and implementing advanced data analytics models that quantify and strategically expand the impact of social and DEIB initiatives, ensuring equitable and measurable outcomes.​​

Prior to her role at Edgility Talent Partners, Fairuz served in positions that spanned data analysis and talent-focused leadership, driving key organizational and financial strategies. She holds a triple major in Economics, Psychology, and International Business from CUNY Queens College, alongside advanced training in data analytics, human capital management, and DEIB practices—each leveraged to develop tools that deliver lasting, equitable value to clients.​​

Fairuz is based in Queens, New York, and is dedicated to community engagement through mentoring young professionals in data analytics with COOP Careers. In her personal time, she enjoys exploring historical fiction, classics, and psychological thriller novels.
