Jeni Dhodary is a Consultant at Edgility Talent Partners.  A passionate data scientist, technologist, and storyteller, Jeni Dhodary blends technical insight, financial expertise, and creativity to address complex problems. Jeni's contributions include:

• Designing and implementing optimization tools tailored to visualize real-time operational and financial impacts for clients.

• Leading rigorous data analytics and validation processes to ensure accuracy and integrity in client reports and presentations.

• Synthesizing diverse data sources—both qualitative and quantitative—into accessible high-level themes for client stakeholders and organizational leaders.

• Conducting predictive analytics and scenario planning to guide strategic decision-making and maximize organizational resilience.

 Prior to joining Edgility, Jeni served as Director at Govern for America, driving financial strategies that fortified organizational sustainability. She also worked as a Research and Data Analyst for the State of Missouri and co-founded EdumateNYC, connecting thousands of underserved students with educational resources.

Jeni holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from Stony Brook University, along with advanced training in data analytics, financial management, and social impact technology. She leverages these skills to build tools that deliver lasting value to clients.

She currently lives in the Bay Area, where she can be found immersed in nature, art, and music.
