She holds a triple major in Economics, Psychology, and International Business from CUNY Queens College, as well as advanced training in analytics, human capital management, and DEIB practices that she applies every day to deliver lasting, actionable value to clients.
Based in Queens, New York, Fairuz is dedicated to giving back through mentoring young professionals in data analytics with COOP Careers. When she’s not consulting, she can be found immersed in historical fiction, classics, and psychological thrillers—pursuits that reflect her curiosity and empathy both at work and in life.
